High Tea
Tea, pastries, and views across the meadow: a calm afternoon among the camels.
Enjoy a unique lunch moment with our camels. During High Tea at Kamelenweide we share interesting facts about the animals while you have plenty of time to watch them, take photos, and enjoy the view over the meadow. You can enjoy coffee or tea with homemade sweet and savoury treats, at the pace of our oasis of calm. The camels and alpacas go about their day; you enjoy atmosphere, flavour, and quiet.

Important information, rules, and tips
Safety first: enter at your own risk
Although we do everything we can to make your visit as safe as possible, entering Kamelenweide is at your own risk. Please be careful, follow our instructions, and treat animals and surroundings with respect. That keeps the experience pleasant for everyone.
No dogs allowed
To protect the calm of our camels and alpacas, dogs are not allowed during High Tea. Thank you for understanding.
Children
Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. When booking, let us know how many children will join so we can plan space and timing.
Allergies
Where possible we can accommodate gluten-free or lactose-free diets. Share dietary needs or allergies when you book. For other allergies, feel free to contact us to discuss options. We cannot guarantee full avoidance of cross-contamination, but we do our best to respect your wishes.
What to wear
High Tea is meant as a relaxed moment on the yard or, in fine weather, outside with a view of the meadow. Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes that may get dirty. In sun, a hat or sunglasses help; in cooler weather, dress warmly.
Weather and location
When you book we agree where we sit: outside in good weather or another suitable spot. If weather turns unexpectedly bad, we find an alternative together or plan a new date.
Cancellation
Changes or cancellation are handled personally. Please contact us as soon as possible if plans change, preferably by phone.
Accessibility
Much of the yard is accessible with a rollator or wheelchair, but the ground is unpaved and sometimes uneven. Contact us in advance if you have specific needs so we can see what is feasible.
